My name is Eirini, which means Peace in Greek, and I am here to help and educate you around your dietary habits and behavior.

I am a registered dietician with The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the U.K. and I can offer professional consultations in clinic or via Skype. 

I dreamt of becoming a dietician from the tender age of 10 years old and is when this beautiful journey of a healthy lifestyle began for me.
